The property is on a half acre block located in the town of Myrtleford, yet is set on the edge of the bush so you can feel and enjoy the serenity and escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

Gangurru has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen beds while Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The beautiful, light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen are the feature with a wood fire and reverse cycle heating and cooling to ensure your comfort all year round.
The fully equipped kitchen has a Bosch dishwasher, 4 burner cooktop, oven, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine along with the basics such as the kettle and toaster. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Various board games such as Scrabble, Scattergories, Sequence, Masterpiece and chess are provided for your enjoyment.

The Weber is in the outdoor area at the rear of the house, what better way to spend a warm summer night.

Myrtleford is located in the heart of North East Victoria and is central to Bright, Beechworth, Milawa and Yackandandah, approximately a 20 minute drive to each. There is an abundance of wineries, cafes and other tourist attractions at your doorstep. Visit our wineries, hike Mt Buffalo, ride the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail or hit the slopes of Mt Hotham and Falls Creek.

    We felt cosy as soon as we walked into the house. Our kids loved watching the kangaroos hopping around the property in the morning. We also enjoyed the serenity and natural beauty of the location. Would have been nice to have an air con/ fan in the second bedroom as it was little hot at night.

    Newly renovated very nice house. Very clean, modern and spacious with very comfortable beds.
    The house is in a quiet street with kangaroos roaming around. Would highly recommend any family to stay there.
